Develop volunteer roles: We can help turn your opportunity into a clear and engaging volunteer role description.
Digital platforms: Your role can be advertised on our website, as well as on GoVolunteer and SEEK Volunteer. Volunteers will contact you directly, and your organisation manages the shortlisting and recruitment process.
Promotion: We may share selected roles through our social media channels and monthly newsletter to reach more community members.
Networking: Join our Volunteer Engagement Network to connect with other organisations, share experiences and learn from others working in volunteer engagement.
Volunteer Engagement Network Meeting and Workshops
The Volunteer West Volunteer Engagement Network brings together managers and coordinators of volunteers from across Melbourne’s western suburbs.
The network provides opportunities to connect with others working in volunteer engagement, share experiences, discuss current issues and learn from one another.
Volunteer West currently hosts two networking gatherings each year, usually in May and December. These gatherings focus on connection, peer learning and strengthening relationships across the volunteering sector.
