Hi, I’m Lauren from IPC Health Social Prescribing Program.  

Social Prescribing is a free program open to the residents of Melbourne’s west, that aims to connect people to their local community and engage in programs that improve their overall health outcomes. 

I am excited to be involved in such an innovative program and looking forward to see it grow from strength to strength.
